Garlic Cheese Corn Roll

Garlic Cheese Corn Roll is an easy dish that anyone can make easily at home. This is a fuss-free dish for which you need cheese, potatoes, corns, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, and breadcrumbs along with a melange of spices. This appetizer is truly delicious and can be made on any occasions.
All you need is-
4 boiled mashed potatoes
2 cup grated cheese cubes
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 cup corn
4 crushed green chillies
2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon fennel seeds
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
6 teaspoon bread crumbs
1 1/2 cup refined oil
Salt as required
HOW TO PREPARE
Make Potato Dough with Bread Crumbs
Make a dough of potatoes with bread crumbs, salt, red chilli powder mix well. Once done, keep it aside.
Make Balls of the Mixture
Now, take grated cheese and corn and mix the remaining ingredients. Now, squeeze a little portion and make a ball of each.
Add Cheese and Roll again to make a shape of your choice
Press it with thumb for enough space for filling. Now, stuff cheese corn filling and lock it properly so that it does not break while frying. You can make any shape of your choice.
Deep fry the cheese balls and enjoy
Now, put a deep-bottomed pan over medium flame and heat oil in it. When the oil is hot enough, slide each cheese ball carefully and fry them till golden brown. Serve hot with a dip of your choice.
Undhi

Jharkhandi cuisine is not quite different from Bihari cuisine and has an exquisite taste and flavour that you can not find anywhere else. They have a unique style of cooking food which is nowhere to find. Undhi is a unique snack recipe prepared using rice flour and a stuffing made of boiled & mashed potatoes, ginger-garlic and green chilli paste, cumin and mustard seeds. It’s a fried snack recipe that can be enjoyed during tea time.
All you need is-
2 cup rice flour
3 cup water
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 chopped onion
1 pinch ginger
4 cloves garlic
2 green chilli
3 boiled mashed potato
1 teaspoon turmeric
Salt as required
1 bunch chopped coriander leaves
2 cup mustard oil
HOW TO PREPARE
Cook Rice Flour in Salted Water
To prepare Undhi, put a kadhai on medium flame and add 3 cups of water in it along with a little salt. Bring it to a boil. After a boil, add 2 cups of rice flour and mix. Stir well until the flour is mixed with the water to form a dough-like consistency. Once done, turn off the flame and let it cool
Prepare the Potato filling for Undhi
Put another kadhai over medium flame and heat oil in it. Once the oil is hot enough, add cumin seeds and mustard seeds in it. Let them crackle for a few seconds, then add finely chopped onion, ginger-garlic and green chilli paste. Stir and saute until it’s golden in colour. Now, add boiled and mashed potatoes in it, salt, turmeric powder, and coriander leaves. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Your stuffing for Undhi is ready.
Knead the rice flour dough
By now, the rice flour mixture will be cool enough to handle. Use a little water to knead the dough.
Give the dough balls puri- like shape and close them like Gujiya
Pinch a small piece of the dough and make it into a ball. Using your fingertips, give the small piece shape of small poori and add the potato stuffing in it. Now, give it the shape of a gujiya. Repeat the procedure to make more such gujiyas
Deep Fry these potato stuffed gujiyas and enjoy hot
Finally, put a kadhai over medium flame and add these gujiyas in it. Fry them until golden in colour and once done, remove them on a kitchen towel to soak the extra oil. Enjoy these Undhis with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
