Who’s up for Chocolate Samosa and Walnut Kebab?

Chocolate Samosa is a delicious fusion recipe which is very different from the popular traditional Indian samosa. Prepared with all-purpose flour, pistachios, caster sugar, sugar and ghee, this delectable Fusion recipe is a must try on occasions like birthdays, game nights and kitty parties when you have guests visiting your home. All you need is-

250 grams dark chocolate 

150 grams cashews roasted

125 grams roasted almonds

50 grams roasted pistachios 

500 grams sugar

Refined oil as required 

1.5 gram garam masala powder

Water as required 

500 grams refined flour

5 grams black cardamom 

3-4 cup ghee

HOW TO PREPARE 

To prepare this recipe, start with the dough and mix refined flour, desi ghee and crushed black cardamom seeds in a big bowl and rub the flour well until it gets a crumbly texture. Add required amount of water and knead into a soft dough.

Now, to prepare the filling microwave the chocolate until it melts and add crushed roasted dry fruits in it. Meanwhile, place a saucepan over medium flame and heat 2 cups of water in it. Add sugar and garam masala powder, heat until the sugar dissolves. It should have a thick consistency. Once done, take it off the flame.

Now, take small portions from the dough and roll small size chapattis out of these. Add 2 teaspoons of the chocolate-pistachio filling inside the chapattis. Seal the chapattis from outside to make a samosa. Repeat the process to make other samosas.

Then, take a pan and put it over the medium flame. Heat oil in it and deep fry the samosas until golden. Take out from the pan and place on a tissue to remove excess oil. Dip the samosas in syrup and flip to coat well with syrup. Serve hot and enjoy!

Walnut Kebabs

All you need is-

30 halved walnuts

3 tablespoon vegetable oil 

150 grated paneer

3 medium grated carrot

Salt as required 

2 teaspoon garlic paste

2 teaspoon ginger paste 

3 medium potato

3 tablespoon coriander leaves 

1 1/2 tablespoon green chilli 

1 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala

1 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder 

1 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder

3/4 cup besan

3/4 cup breadcrumbs 

1 1/2 cup powdered walnuts

HOW TO PREPARE 

To prepare this recipe take a pan, put it over the medium flame and add oil to it. Now, add walnut, carrot and salt to it and saute for 2-3 minutes until moisture dries up. Then add ginger and garlic paste and saute for a while

Remove from the flame and add grated paneer, mashed boiled potatoes and chopped coriander leaves to it. Now, transfer this mixture into a blender and grind well. Add green chilli, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and garam masala powder to the blender jar and grind again.

Tranfer this mixture into a bowl and bring it to the room temperature. Then add roasted gram flour, walnut powder and breadcrumbs to it. Mix well and refrigerate the mixture for 15-20 minutes.

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into finger size sausages. Put a pan over medium flame, and add oil to it when hot. Fry these kababs evenly from all sides and serve hot garnished with chopped walnut.
