The ingredients used in this recipe are spaghetti, mushrooms, milk, mozzarella cheese, broccoli, garlic, olive oil and parsley. This is an easy-to-make recipe that can be prepared in half an hour. You can use your choice of pasta. We have used the spaghetti here; however, you can also use the macaroni or the penne pasta if you like. This quick recipe can be served as a one-pot meal for dinners and lunches. Your kids will love this creamy pasta and won’t stop asking for more. Serve it at kitty parties, potlucks and weekend brunches and earn compliments from your friends and family. So, go on and put on your apron and try making this Mushroom pasta at home. All you need is-

250 gm pasta spaghetti

1/2 cup sliced mushroom

1 cup milk

2 clove crushed garlic

3 tablespoon grated mozzarella

1/2 blanched broccoli

2 tablespoon virgin olive oil

salt as required

black pepper as required

1 teaspoon parsley

water as required

HOW TO PREPARE 

Boil The Pasta

To prepare this delicious pasta, take a large container with enough water and a few drops of oil and add the spaghetti. Allow it to boil, make sure the pasta turns tender. Once cooked, use a strainer to separate the pasta from the water. Keep aside for a while.

Heat Oil And Stir Fry The Veggies

Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Add the sliced mushrooms and garlic to it and saute for a few minutes. Then, add the chopped broccoli.

Cook The Pasta

Now, add the milk and let it cook for a few minutes on a low flame. Add spaghetti to the milk and sprinkle the parsley over it. Add salt and black pepper as per your taste.

Garnish And Serve Hot!

Sprinkle the grated cheese all over the pasta and then remove from the flame. Transfer the pasta to a serving plate and serve hot.
