Crab Cakes Recipe

All you need is-
- 700 gm crab meat
- 500 gm crushed crackers
- 4 pieces green onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 egg
- 2 teaspoon worcestshire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt as required
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup peanut oil
- 1 cup flour
HOW TO PREPARE
Step1: Clean The Crab Meat And Mince It
To prepare this amazing crab recipe, begin with cleaning the crab meat and pat dry the meat. Then using a blender, mince the meat. on
Step 2: Prepare The Crab Mix
Then take a large bowl, mix the minced crab meat, crushed crackers, chopped green onions, mayonnaise, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and cayenne pepper together.
Step 3: Make The Crab Cakes
Take small portions of this mixture and press it between the palm of your hands to flatten the crab cakes. Dust these small portions using flour. Heat oil in a large pan now. Then take a pan over medium flame and once the oil is hot enough, carefully drop these crab cakes and fry till they turn golden brown from all the sides.
Step 4: Serve Hot And Relish!
Transfer these fried cakes to a large serving plate and pat dry with tissue papers in order to soak up the extra oil. Your Crab Cakes are now ready. Serve them warm with a dip of your choice or chopped onions and enjoy.
