Badam Ladoo Recipe

You can also ditch those store-bought laddoos on festivals and make this easy laddo at home to celebrate festivals like Diwali, Holi, Teej and Ganesh Chaturthi.
All you need is-
1 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup powdered jaggery
3 tablespoon ghee
1 teaspoon powdered black cardamom
1/4 cup raisins
HOW TO PREPARE
Make A Jaggery Syrup
To prepare these delicious Badam Laddoos, dry roast the chopped almonds in a pan over medium-high flame and keep them aside. Add jaggery in another pan of hot water and dissolve it. Bring it to a boil. After few minutes, strain and simmer the mixture until it starts to thicken
Add Ghee And Almonds
Add ghee, cardamom powder, raisins and almonds. Stir the ingredients well and remove from the flame. Allow the ladoo mixture to cool down.
Laddoos Are Ready
Take portions from the mixture and quickly roll them into small balls using your hands. Place the laddoos on a plate to cool. You can also store these laddoos in a clean jar for later consumption.
