Mushroom and Spinach Lasagna

Lasagna is a loved and popular Italian recipe which is made using lasagna or pasta sheets. Mushroom and Spinach Lasagna is an easy-to-make dish that you can prepare for your loved ones in a jiffy. Prepared using cheddar cheese, mushroom, thyme, spinach and parmesan cheese; this main dish recipe is truly delectable. This lasagna recipe has lip-smacking flavours and creamy textures that would melt instantly in your mouth. Try this easy recipe and serve it on occasions like kitty party, buffet or game night to your loved ones. This vegetarian recipe is delicious, healthy and a comforting dish which is loaded with cheese.
All you need is-
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
1 clove crushed garlic
250 grams mushroom
1 teaspoon chopped thyme
200 grams spinach
300 grams cheddar cheese
4 tablespoon parmesan cheese
6 lasagna sheets
Italian seasoning as required
HOW TO PREPARE
Stir fry mushrooms with garlic and thyme
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium flame. Wash the garlic and thyme leaves with fresh water. Crush the garlic and chop the thyme leaves. Add garlic in the pan and cook for a minute. Add mushroom florets and chopped thyme in the pan. Stir to mix the ingredients well and cook for 3-4 minutes over medium flame until they turn tender.
Cook spinach leaves in it and add both the cheese
Add spinach leaves and stir-fry until leaves are soft and crumble. Remove from heat and add cheddar cheese to the pan. Also, add 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese and season well.
Preheat the oven and assemble the lasagna
Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius. Place the quarter of the spinach mixture on the bottom of a medium-sized baking dish, and then lay 2 lasagne sheets on it. Add spinach mixture and layer it with 2 more lasagne sheets. Repeat until you have used all the sheets and mixture.
Add the remaining cheese and bake for 35 minutes
Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 35 minutes until it is tender and golden in colour. Serve hot!

HOW TO PREPARE
Prepare the sugar syrup
First, you need to prepare sugar syrup. For that put a pan on medium flame and add water in it. Bring it to a boil and then add sugar in it. Cook till 2-3 boils and the syrup is ready. Next, add kokum, jeera powder and black salt in the pan.
Strain the drink and serve
Switch off the burner and cool the mixture at room temperature. Strain the mixture and store in a bottle. Serve chilled.
